Capital Requirements
Maintain a minimum capital requirement as stipulated by BAPPEBTI, which varies depending on the scope of services provided.
Fit and Proper Test
Key management personnel must demonstrate adequate experience and integrity to meet BAPPEBTI’s fit and proper criteria.
Business Plan Submission
Provide a detailed business plan outlining the nature of services offered, target markets, risk management policies, and financial projections.
Physical Office
Establish a physical presence in Indonesia, including an office that complies with local regulations.
Compliance Officer
Appoint a qualified compliance officer responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Membership Registration
Register as a member of the ICDX and comply with their membership requirements, including payment of fees.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure ongoing compliance with BAPPEBTI regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regular reporting obligations.
Insurance Coverage
