Requirements

To obtain the Vanuatu VASP License, companies must adhere to the following regulatory requirements:

Minimum Capital Requirements
Companies applying for a VASP License must meet minimum paid-up capital requirements, demonstrating financial stability.
AML/KYC Compliance
Firms must implement Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols to prevent illegal activities, ensuring that they have adequate procedures in place to verify client identities and track transactions.
